Since 1998, Ningbo Kaison Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. has grown from a local refrigeration workshop in Cixi into an export-oriented ice machine manufacturer serving importers, brands, and projects in 30+ countries.

From Cixi workshop to global ice machine supplier
Ningbo Kaison Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998 in Cixi, Ningbo — inside China’s home appliance industrial cluster and 40 minutes from Ningbo port. That location shaped how KAISON works: source components nearby, manufacture in-house, ship fast.
Today the company runs a 20,000㎡ standard factory where sheet metal cutting, punching, bending, welding, foaming, assembly, and testing all happen under one roof, producing 200+ commercial refrigeration models, including cube, flake, snowflake, nugget, and gourmet ice machines.
KAISON is also the manufacturer behind 30+ appliance brands and 10+ leading cross-border e-commerce sellers, with equipment serving the Hangzhou 2022 Asian Games, SF Express, universities, and hotel groups — and 80,000+ units exported annually to 30+ countries.

Company established
Ningbo Kaison Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. is founded in Cixi, Zhejiang — the region known as China’s “Home Appliance Capital”.
2004
China’s first countertop cube ice maker
KAISON develops the country’s first countertop cube ice maker, opening up the domestic market for commercial ice-making equipment.
2006
Mass production begins
Countertop cube ice makers reach volume production, marking the start of large-scale manufacturing and market expansion.
2010
Refrigeration lines broadened
The commercial refrigeration range expands, with continuous upgrades to production technology and the quality management system.
2015
R&D team and refrigeration laboratory
A dedicated engineering team and in-house refrigeration laboratory are established, focused on product innovation and technical improvement.
2018
Automation and OEM/ODM capacity
Major investment in automated production equipment and manufacturing management strengthens OEM/ODM capability for international brands.

Global export network
Products reach North America, South America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East as the overseas business network expands.
