Your ice machine brand, without building a factory
KAISON is the manufacturer behind 30+ appliance brands and 10+ leading cross-border e-commerce sellers. This page explains exactly what can be customized, how OEM differs from ODM, and how long each path takes.

Start from a proven base model, not a blank page
Every OEM project starts in the KAISON sample room: pick a base model that has already passed certification and production testing, then layer your brand on top — logo, packaging, panel finish, and market-specific parameters.
Because the base machine is already in serial production, your branded version inherits its supply chain, spare parts, and quality record from day one — the fastest, lowest-risk way to launch an ice machine line.
Six things you can customize
From a logo sticker to a completely new cabinet — pick the depth of customization that fits your budget and timeline.
Logo & identity
Logo, nameplate, control panel printing, startup screen, and rating labels carry your brand across the machine.
Packaging & manuals
Carton design, user manuals, warranty cards, and market materials in your language and brand style.
Panels & finish
Door panel design, colors, materials (stainless / painted / black steel), and handle details for your market taste.
Technical parameters
Voltage, refrigerant, ice size, daily output, bin capacity, and control logic adapted to your market standards.
Certification package
CE, FCC, ETL, CB, and RoHS support per model and destination, plus export documentation in your company name.
Full ODM development
New cabinet, new configuration, or a new category — engineered from requirements with 8 development engineers.
Which path fits your project?
| Fastest to MarketOEM — your brand on our models | Full CustomizationODM — we build your design | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | Distributors and sellers who need branded stock fast | Brands that need a differentiated product |
| What changes | Logo, packaging, manuals, colors, small appearance details | Cabinet design, structure, functions, specifications |
| Typical timeline | 7–15 days customization + 20–35 days production | 60–120 days development, then production |
| MOQ level | Low — per model batch | Higher — justifies tooling and engineering |
| Design ownership | KAISON base model, your brand assets | Custom design reserved for your brand |
| Prototype | Pre-production sample for approval | Engineering prototypes + drawings + test reports |
The OEM/ODM process, step by step
Six defined stages from first call to after-sales — so you always know where your project stands. Your branding — logo, panel, and packaging — is built onto a proven base model, with a sample confirmed before anything moves to mass production.
- 01
Requirement Confirmation
Application, ice type, daily capacity, voltage and frequency, cooling method, working temperature, appearance and function needs, and target-market certifications.
- 02
Solution Design
Model recommendation, technical specifications, structure suggestions, capacity evaluation, and cost analysis — plus your branding: logo, color, panel finish, and packaging, adapted to your voltage, frequency, and market requirements.
- 03
Prototype Development
Engineering drawings and a working prototype are built for new designs — ice thickness, special functions, and appearance details confirmed with you before any tooling commitment.
- 04
Testing & Sample Confirmation
The sample is tested for ice production performance, electrical safety, refrigeration system, and reliability; you then review appearance, ice quality, output, operation, and packaging. Mass production starts only after your approval.
- 05
Production, Inspection & Delivery
Incoming material inspection, sheet metal processing, component assembly, refrigerant charging, and complete machine testing on every unit — then the certification package (CE, ETL, FCC, RoHS, CB) and documentation, with export-standard packing shipped under EXW, FOB Ningbo, CIF, or DDP terms.
- 06
After-sales Support
Installation, operation, cleaning, and troubleshooting videos, spare parts support, and remote technical guidance for overseas buyers.
