The production capacity depends on the model. For example:

• Small commercial machines: 25–150kg/day
• Medium commercial machines: 200–1000kg/day

The rated capacity is tested under standard conditions: ambient temperature 20°C, water temperature 10°C.

The actual production depends on the working environment. In high-temperature areas:

• 30–35°C: production may decrease by around 30–50%
• Above 35°C: production efficiency will gradually decrease

For Middle East and tropical markets, we recommend water-cooled models, larger capacity models, and the maximum ice thickness setting.

Yes. The machine supports tap water connection and bottled water usage (depending on the model). A water filter is provided to improve water quality.

Single water inlet: only connects to the tap water supply.

Double water inlet: supports both tap water connection and bottled water supply, providing more flexible installation options.

For the first ice-making cycle:

• First batch: around 20–25 minutes
• After that: around 13–17 minutes per cycle

Normally, the machine can produce about 3 batches of ice per hour (at 20°C ambient temperature and 10°C water temperature). The actual ice-making time depends on the ambient temperature, water temperature, and the ice thickness setting.

The ice production capacity is calculated based on 24 hours. When the ice bin is full, the machine automatically stops making ice.

The machine can produce both hollow and solid ice cubes. Ice thickness can be adjusted through the control panel — the higher the setting level, the thicker the ice.

The machine has a one-button automatic cleaning function:

1. Press the cleaning button manually
2. The machine starts water circulation cleaning
3. The internal system is flushed automatically
4. After cleaning, manual drainage is required

The cleaning process is automatic, but drainage needs to be done manually. Simply open the drain pipe plug to release the water.

We recommend:

• Clean the condenser every 6 months
• Use a water filter in areas with hard water

Regular maintenance can extend machine life.
