Quality problems are cheapest to stop early. KAISON structures inspection as three gates so defects never travel to the next stage — or to your customers.
Parts inspection before assembly
- Compressors, evaporators, pumps, and valves verified against specification
- Sheet metal dimensions and surface treatment checked
- Control boards and electrical components sample-tested
- Non-conforming batches returned to suppliers
Checks on the production line
- Weld quality and cabinet fit inspection after fabrication
- Refrigeration circuit leakage and pressure-holding test
- Foaming density and insulation integrity verification
- Wiring, grounding, and safety checks before closing panels
2+ hours of complete machine testing
- Full ice-making cycle: output, ice shape, and release
