How convincing is a genuine buyer review? On cross-border and B2B platforms, customers from different countries are answering that question themselves — by filming their own unboxing and daily-use videos of KAISON’s China-made ice machines.
Real footage, real conditions
In KAISON’s store review sections, buyers have voluntarily uploaded dozens of product photos and operating clips. A Southeast-Asian tea-shop owner filmed a machine producing ice non-stop through peak hours, captioned: “At 40°C, running 12 hours a day — flawless.” A Middle-East distributor shared unboxing photos of a full shipment, dozens of units neatly lined up, adding: “Second batch arrived — customers were waiting for them.”
Why buyers bother to share
That kind of spontaneous review comes from one place: machines that simply keep working. An annual capacity of 80,000 ice makers, 15 years of manufacturing experience, a cooling system tuned for tropical climates, and rigorous durability testing all translate, in the end, into hassle-free daily use for the customer.
Reviews that refer new buyers
Many of the people filming these clips are themselves new customers, referred by existing ones. “A fellow operator shared a KAISON review video and mentioned the machine had run trouble-free for two years,” said a coffee-shop owner planning a second branch. “After watching it, I placed the order.”
“It’s even more rewarding to see a customer choose to record and share a video than to land a big order,” says KAISON’s marketing director. “It means the product genuinely made their day-to-day easier.”
