In Kenya’s growing cold-therapy scene, a wellness practitioner helps clients build health and resilience through cold-water and ice-bath training. For a long time his real bottleneck was ice: local equipment produced it slowly or broke down often, and could not keep up with the high-frequency, high-volume demand that ice baths require.
